Biography:

Dr. Krystal Plonski, ND, LAc, EAMP, FABNP is a Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist in Seattle, WA.

Dr. Plonski graduated with her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine program from Bastyr University in 2014. Following graduation, Dr. Plonski completed a 2 year accredited CNME Naturopathic pediatric residency in Kirkland, WA in 2016.  She has also worked in a private group practice providing Naturopathic pediatric primary care and has served as an adjunctive teacher for the pediatric proctoring exams at Bastyr University. She is certified in Shonishin acupuncture, a type of Japanese pediatric cutaneous and non-insertive acupuncture. She is currently implementing this, as well as other acupuncture skill sets, at Seattle Children’s Hospital Pain Medicine Department as a pediatric inpatient pain acupuncturist.

Dr. Plonski has passed the national Naturopathic Pediatric Board Exam, earning the title of Fellow to the American Board of Naturopathic Pediatrics (FABNP). She has served on the Washington State Board of Health's Newborn Screening Technical Advisory Committee in 2019 and 2021 for consideration and the addition of new screening tests to the state panel. She recently lectured on the standards of care CDC Pediatric Vaccination Schedule and COVID-19 Pediatric Vaccinations at the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physician conference in 2021 and has lectured to Bastyr University ND and MPH students on the topic of “Vaccination is Naturopathic Medicine.” 

Dr. Plonski is an active member of the Washington Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Washington East Asian Medical Association, the Naturopathic Academy of Primary Care Physicians, the Integrative Medicine Section of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and is a long-standing member and current Vice President of the North American Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
